Little River Regional Park & Natural Area

The Little River, a tributary of the Eno River that rises in Orange County and flows into the Eno River in Durham County, is one of the cleanest rivers in the state.  As such, it is a pristine environment for wildlife and plants that thrive in and along the river.

The Little River Regional Park & Natural Area is located just north of Durham County off NC-157 (Guess Road).  The park is a cooperative partnership between Durham and Orange Counties, with park management performed by Orange County.  Additionally, the park has received assistance and funding from the Eno River Association, Triangle Land Conservancy and other organizations and was opened in December 2004.
